Return Policy
- Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since delivery of your order, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Return of an exchanged product is not allowed.
- Return/Exchange of a discounted product is not allowed.
- Customized orders are made according to the measurements given by the customers, therefore customized styles and measurements are non returnable and non exchangeable.
- Items that are Non-Returnable* are mentioned in the description of each product.
Refunds Policy(if applicable)
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then the refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. In case of cash refund, we will return the cash to you by bank deposit, any bank charges for bank deposits is to be borne by the customer.

INTERNATIONAL RETURN/REFUND POLICY

Restocking fee
- A restocking fee of 10% will be deducted from the refund amount for returned items. This fee covers processing costs.

Note: For International orders, Import tax and local taxes is charged by the customs of the importing country and it is not in our control. It is completely up to the customs how they determine value of the shipment and levy an import tax. Therefore this tax is the responsibility of the customer receiving the package.
