We’re happy to accept returns of unused items in their original condition (unwashed, undamaged, with tags attached) within 7 days of delivery. You can return your product for store credit or request a refund to the original payment method. For COD, we can issue a credit note or refund the full amount to the bank details shared. You can always return or exchange your order by following the following steps:
Please note: Customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs of returned item and exchanged item.
- Once you have requested for a replacement, we will schedule the pickup of the originally delivered product. Please ensure that product is in unused and original condition. Include all price tags, labels, original packing and invoice along with the product.

Yes, we offer international shipping . The cost varies as per the country and/or region and will be automatically calculated upon checkout. If you are unable to find your country on the list, please email us at info@sustainablyy.com and we’ll arrange the delivery.
All designs in our store are made on order, which means it is made for you. This also means that your orders will be delivered to you within our normal delivery timeline i.e. 15 to 20 days*. We will contact you once your order has been processed and picked up by the courier.

Note:
For International orders, Import tax and local taxes is charged by the customs of the importing country and it is not in our control. It is completely up to the customs how they determine value of the shipment and levy an import tax. Therefore this tax is the responsibility of the customer receiving the package.

In order to initiate a return or an exchange, we require the email ID that was used to make the purchase as well as the order number. If the gift is returned, then we issue a gift card to avoid reaching out to the original buyer. In the case of a refund, it is issued to the buyer.
